1001sms – Child Safety & CSAE Standards

1001sms, published by Java Team LLC, is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. These standards apply to all users and all content shared through our services.

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) – any behavior, content, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child, including grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other form of sexual exploitation.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) – any visual depiction (photos, videos, generated images, etc.) involving a minor in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and strictly prohibited on our platform.

We will remove such content and take appropriate action, which may include reporting to relevant authorities and terminating accounts.

The following are not allowed in 1001sms:

  • Any CSAE or CSAM
  • Sexual content involving or depicting minors (real or simulated)
  • Grooming, sextortion, or attempts to obtain sexual images or information from minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or trading sexual content involving minors
  • Threats, coercion, or blackmail involving minors
  • Any other behavior that may endanger a child’s physical or emotional safety

We encourage users to report immediately if they encounter content that may involve CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or other child safety issues.

When we become aware of potential CSAE or CSAM:

  • We promptly review and remove any violating content where appropriate.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved.
  • Where required or appropriate, we may report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities or hotlines in accordance with applicable laws (for example, NCMEC or regional equivalents).
