How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Application
Launch the 1001SMS app on your device.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings section within the app (usually accessible from the main menu or profile section).
Step 3: Find Account Deletion Option
Look for the "Delete Account" or "Account Settings" option in the Settings menu.
Step 4: Request Deletion
Follow the on-screen instructions to request account deletion. You may be asked to confirm your decision.
Step 5: Contact Support (Alternative Method)
If you cannot find the in-app deletion option, you can contact our support team directly using the contact information provided below.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- User Profile Information: Nickname, profile picture, gender, age, language preferences
- Account Credentials: Access tokens, authentication information
- User Content: Messages, chat history, media files (photos, videos, audio)
- Game Data: Coins, diamonds, bonuses, daily bonus history
- Device Information: Device ID, platform information, device model
- Activity Data: Last login time, activity history
- Notification Tokens: Firebase push notification tokens
What Data May Be Retained
For legal, security, and operational purposes, we may retain certain information for a limited period:
- Transaction Records: Purchase records and transaction history (retained for up to 5 years as required by law)
- Security Logs: Logs related to security incidents or suspected fraudulent activity (retained for up to 2 years)
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you (retained indefinitely for analytics purposes)
- Backup Data: Information stored in backup systems will be deleted according to our backup retention policy (typically within 90 days)
Data Retention Timeline
- Immediate Deletion (0-7 days): Active account data, profile information, user content
- Backup Deletion (90 days): Data stored in backup systems
- Legal Retention (1-5 years): Transaction records and security logs as required by applicable laws
Important Notes:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will lose access to all your data, including messages, coins, and purchased items
- After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use the service again
- If you have any pending transactions or subscriptions, please resolve them before requesting deletion
